Acess makeing a query into a report:

Starting query:

 Open Report Wizard and transferre all the fields that you need/want:

 Fields Transferred:

 Field grouping levels (which fields have priority):

Placeing in ascending order (nothing needs to be changed):

Change to landscape (nothing else needs to be changed):

Name the report if you need to otherwise leave it alone:
